Sons and Daughters of the Confederacy is a Confederate ancestry authentication service. It is available to any man or woman of Confederate descent. Using genealogical information supplied by an applicant, I use my resources and experience in Confederate genealogy to verify its authenticity. Frequently my resources and experience allow me to add information to an applicant's data that he or she was unaware of. Upon completion of this research and verification process, a Certificate of Confederate Ancestry, suitable for framing, will be prepared and mailed to the applicant. The applicant's name and ancestor information will then be added to the official rosters of the Sons and Daughters of the Confederacy.
